No Eugenia. I’m busy.

I’ve got 19 minutes until I get my debate topic and twenty minutes to prep. It’s the third day of my third college debate tournament. So far, I’ve made 14 speeches. My throat is burning and raw and I’m exhausted and cold and I have a headache and I have two more debates yet to come. At least. If I don’t break. Which I’m not too confident about. What makes a dream?

Recently, I finished the Hunger Games trilogy. Again. I spent five hours in the University center completing the final book, and even more hours the day before doing the same for the first two. Every time I had to emerge from Katniss Everdeen’s world, I found myself disoriented and confused. Where was I? In college. In college to what?
