[Day 185] I’m so cliche

I’m the kind of kid who gets sick a lot because I’m always stressed and my immune system reacts thus:

Immune system: “Hey! What’s up?”

Runny nose: “Nothing, can me and my friends come in?”

Cough, sore throat, general misery: “Please?”

Immune system: “Aw, heck, why not??”

But usually, these symptoms are not accompanied by a fever. Until today, I guess. 102 degrees, baby! Oh, joy.

[Day 184] Happy Birthday Anthony!

I should probably clarify that Anthony is a fictional character in the exceptional book My Most Excellent Year by Steve Kluger. Now, I’ve talked about Steve Kluger a lot on this blog. I reviewing his Almost Like Being in Love before, and have cited The Last Days of Summer as my favorite book of all time.

I just thought I’d point out another book that I would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone. I love, love, love it. It makes me laugh every time I read it, even though I’m accustomed to the repartee of the characters after many re-readings.

Che-che-check it out!

[Day 183] I WILL NOT FALL BEHIND!

It would do no good for me to fall behind right after I caught up.

Yeah, you heard me. I’m completely caught up. Scroll through the archives or go to Day 167 for all the links. Or just check my YouTube channel. Whatevs.

Well, I just got a renewed wave of depression and exhaustion so Ima go to bed.

Yeah. Night.
