Here is a song I wrote one day when it was raining…

This song, Fall Rain Fall, is meant to be sung slowly, in a pitch that even I can manage.

Fall Rain Fall

Thunder claps

Lightning strikes

Fall rain fall

Tears stream

Down her face

Fall rain fall

Drown out the sound

Of her cries for help

Erase the traces

Of the tears that fell

You wouldn't listen then

So why do you, now?

The river, the river

Overflows

Fall rain fall

She call, she calls

For help

Fall rain fall

Drown out the sound

While she cries in fear

Erase the traces that she was here

You wouldn't listen then

So why are you near

Let the rain

Let it fall

You wouldn't

help at all

Fall rain fall

She's still crying

She may never stop

The tears

Just keep coming

Fall rain fall

Drown out the sound

As she sobs on the floor

Erase the traces

Forever more

You wouldn't listen then

So fall, rain, fall

Whatcha think?

Here's a link so you can listen to it. You'll hear Vannah (who sings it) rustling the paper at one point, because, I being the writer, she didn't completely know the song. Sorry.
