On February 20th, 2011, I posted my first video on a collaboration YouTube channel called “TheseFolk.” Me and thirteen other people found each other on a forum website, and we split into two channels- TheseFolk and ThoseFolk, each with 7 people, or one person per day. The idea was that we would all agree on themes for everyone in the channel to make videos on, and everyone would make one video a week. Those Folk stopped posting around June or July of that year, but TheseFolk, well, here we are, nearly three years later!
Unfortunately, though, we have to end our active posting as well. We made it a long ways, but we’re all adults now, with incredibly busy schedules. We didn’t want to just peter off, though. We’re going out not with a wimper, but with a bang. And so in honor of our final week making videos on the TheseFolk channel, I thought I’d compile a list of some of my favorite videos over the years. Enjoy!
